| Subculturing | Cultures are a mixture of adherent and suspended cells. Collect the floating cells and transfer to new flasks. Dissociate the attached cells using 0.12% trypsin without EDTA. Remove Trypsin by neutralization and gentle centrifugation followed by resuspension in complete growth medium and add to the suspension cell population.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:4 is recommended |
