The insert contains the following restriction sites (nt from the 5' end): HindIII--85, 856, 1539, 3792; SalI--568; BamHI--1600, 2252; EcoRI--1510. The insert extends from nt 2438-6304 of the reported sequence, including exons 13 through the 3' end. Also includes a short (14 nt) poly(A) tail not in the sequence record. Transcription from the T3 promoter gives the sense strand. |
