Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.3 (doublet); EcoRI/PstI--3.3, 2.7, 0.8; HindIII--4.2, 2.5; BamHI--3.4, 2.0, 1.0; PstI--6.6. This clone encodes amino acids 92-917 and includes 765 bp of 3'-untranslated sequence. The insert was derived from a 3.25 kb EcoRI fragment of lambdahHEX-15 (ATCC 61510). Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BclI, BglI, BglII, EcoRI, MspI, PstI, RsaI, SphI, TaqI, XbaI in a panel of 14 unrelated individuals. |
