The clone 22-NS1 antibody is reported to bind to domain II-III in the NS1 glycoprotein. Functional activity is confirmed by reactivity in immunofluorescence assays using Vero cells (ATCC CCL-81) infected with WNV and by ELISA using WNV-infected cell lysates [WNV, Eg101 (Egypt 1951)]. The antibody is reported to be reactive using flow cytometry and Western blot analysis. |
