Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--2.7, 2.7, 2.05, 0.96, 0.96, 0.64, 0.62, 0.6; EcoRI--4.4, 4.4, 2.7; HindIII--4.8, 2.7, 1.55, 1.55, 0.65; BamHI--4.4, 4.4, 2.7; PstI--4.1, 2.8, 1.5, 1.5.
