| Derivation | Mice (BALB/c) were immunized with purified Mac1 (CD11b/CD18). Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 (ATCC CRL-1580). Monoclonal antibodies from selected hybridomas recognized the Mac-1 alpha subunits on the surface of neutrophils.
